Meyer Group Ltd has a number of affiliates around the world. Together those companies have been designing, manufacturing and marketing cookware on a global scale since 1971. Combined, they sell over 100 cookware lines in more than 30 countries, and employ more than 5,000 people worldwide. Affiliates are located in the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Thailand, China, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, New Zealand, Canada and Japan

Meyer Manufacturing Company Ltd., under the sole ownership of the Cheng family was set up in 1951.
Its initial business was the manufacturing and marketing of flash lights, hinges, ash trays, camping lanterns and tennis rackets.
In 1971, Stanley Cheng, son of the founder and today's President and Chief Executive, recognised the potential of the cookware business and started the production of aluminium non-stick pans.
This portion of the business became so successful, other products were phased out so that Meyer could concentrate on new cookware product development. |

Today, Meyer cookware is manufactured by affiliated factories located across the globe. In addition to manufacturing cookware, they also manufacture over 90 percent of the materials used to make the product including corrugated materials used for packaging, handles made of stainless steel and high heat-resistant phenolic, rivets and stainless steel lids. Combined, Meyer factories produce more than 30 million pans annually and has become the worlds leader in the manufacturing of hard anodized non-stick cookware.
With more than 1 million square feet of manufacturing space, plus an additional 300,000 square feet for the rolling mill, totaling 1.3 million square feet, our Thailand facility is one of the largest cookware factories in the world. It produces more than 100,000 pans per day on average, peaking at about 140,000 pans per day, operating 300 days a year. Other Meyer factories are located in China and Italy. |

Meyer Group Ltd was founded in the UK in the early 1980s and has built its reputation on producing top quality, innovative cookware. Over the past twenty years we have become the market leader in gourmet cookware and are now the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier of kitchenware.
Using high quality brands such as Anolon and Circulon has established Meyer Group Ltd as worldwide market leaders in gourmet quality hard anodized cookware. In addition to Anolon and Circulon, we also sell Select, Professional Choice, KitchenAid and SilverStone. In 1997 one of our affiliates purchased the Prestige brand name. For over 50 years the Prestige brand had become synonymous with household cooking in the UK and many export markets. Since the acquisition Prestige has been re-established and re-invigorated as a major brand of products known for their quality, performance and value. The Prestige brand now embraces cookware, bakeware, kitchen utensils and is a growing brand in the small domestic appliance category.
Having been based in the north-west of England since its launch in the 80s, and operating out of various, purpose built premises. Meyer Group Ltd built their new headquarters in 2002. The building comprises of 20,000 square foot of ultra modern offices and a high bay warehousing and distribution facility of 150,000 square foot. The warehouse facility has the potential to house 24,500 pallets stored up to 15 metres high.
