The three-coat non-stick surface includes a patented 'hard-base' ceramic primer that hardens the inside of the pan providing exceptional food release, durability and a scratch-resistant surface not normally associated with aluminium cookware.

The dual riveted, ergonomic handles provide a soft, cool, confident grip. A durable high quality stainless steel shaft encased in soft silicone rubber complements the polished stainless steel lids beautifully. Handles are oven safe to 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4.

The attractive coloured exterior is durable and also easy to clean.

Care and Maintenance
KitchenAid™ Hard Base Ceramic non-stick cookware requires minimum maintenance.

To maximise the non-stick properties, always use wooden or plastic utensils to avoid excessive wear during cooking.
Always wash thoroughly after use in hot soapy water to prevent a build up of food particles or grease which when reheated can cause food to adhere to pans.
